At DigiWorld, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our digital products. Due to the nature of digital keys and licenses, our policy is designed to be fair while protecting against fraud.
1. General Policy
All sales of digital product keys are final. Once a key has been delivered to you via email, it is considered used and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of digital keys as there is no way to verify that the key has not been activated.
2. Non-Working or Invalid Keys
We guarantee that every key we sell is valid and unused at the time of delivery. In the rare event that you receive a key that does not work, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 72 hours of your purchase by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us through our Contact Page.
- Provide your order number and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving during activation.
- Our support team will work with you to verify the issue. This may involve troubleshooting steps to ensure the key is being used correctly.
If we confirm that the key is faulty, we will issue a replacement key for the same product at no additional cost. If a replacement key is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Incorrect Purchases
We are not responsible for keys purchased for the wrong product, platform (e.g., buying a Mac key for a Windows PC), or region. Please double-check the product details and system requirements on the product page before completing your purchase. No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect purchases.
